Join Michelin Bib Gourmand Rated Paramount Room on Saturday December 8th, 2012 for our next event in a series of Craft Beer Focused tastings and dinners: CIDERSCOOL!
This event will be hosted by Paramount Room Beverage Director Jacquie Armanetti and will feature eight "hard" ciders from Normandy to England, Spain to Michigan and more... and will cover how cider is made, what types of apples are used, and different styles of cider from around the world. Guests will enjoy bar snacks paired with a cider tasting in a convivial and informative "beer school" format.
