Jasper's Make-Your-Own Mozzarella Boot Camp
We're in the heart of "caprese" season when vine-ripened tomatoes, aromatic basil, and hand-pulled mozzarella come together to create a classic Italian dish.
Join the Kansas City Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier in Jasper's private room, where we'll start out with a summery cocktail, enjoy a few appetizers, and then get down to business--making our own mozzarella to take home, guided by the master chef himself, Jasper Mirabile.
