Too Queer: A Bi Visibility Cabaret is an arts-based community-engagement project created by Katie Sly, which has making and holding space for art addressing bisexuality, pansexuality, and polysexuality on the east coast since 2014. For the purposes of this project, bisexuality, pansexuality, and/or polysexuality are sexual orientations that describe attraction to persons of more than one gender.
After 3 years, 4 standing room-only events, and most importantly, after fighting for space for bisexuals, pansexuals, polysexuals, and our allies to meet one another and be seen, our first west coast event is here!
EVENT DETAILS Date: FRIDAY JULY 7, 2017 Time: Doors at 7:30PM, Performances start at 8PM Location: Fox Cabaret, 2321 Main Street, Vancouver BC Admission: $20 Regular, $10 Student/Arts Workers/Under-employed

Too Queer would like to acknowledge that this event will take place on the unceded traditional lands of the Musqueam, Skohomish, and Tseil-Waututh Nations. Too Queer acknowledges the weight all of us feel, carrying the knowledge of white supremacy and colonialism. Our positionality means we all carry that weight, and it affects our families, our health, and our opportunities, differently. When we gather on July 7, our hope is that we can be unafraid to name things what they are, while also being soft with one another.
Too Queer stands in solidarity with Black Lives Matter.
Too Queer stands in solidarity with trans folks.
Too Queer stands in solidarity with sex workers.
Fox Cabaret is a wheelchair-accessible venue with an accessible washroom.
