The Seattle-based Hens & Chicks Artist Collective have created an extraordinary handmade cut-paper Idaho snowflake chandelier to decorate the atrium at Pacific Place in downtown Seattle, part of Idaho Tourism's support of Pacific Place's nightly snowfall display.
Now you can learn how to make beautiful paper snowflakes at home, using a variety of artistic cutting techniques.
