Tall Ship Californian Companion Sail with HMS Surprise.
This event includes catered dockside breakfast and lunch service aboard Californian.
Join us as we celebrate 149 years of the historic Star of India.
Californian will be a sailing companion for the HMS Surprise and you are invited to join the crew of Californian as we continue this historic journey.
This event is for one weekend only. Share a special day sailing with us on the open ocean, December 01 or 02, 2012 seating is limited.
No coupons, passes, discounts accepted for this limited special event. No matter whether or not stated on printed coupon flier or discount. No exceptions. ----------------------------------------------------- VERY IMPORTANT, READ BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS. CHECK-IN AND BOARDING: Dockside catered breakfast served at 9:00am. Sailing Check-in ends at 9:30am. Arrivals after 9:30am are not allowed to check-in or board Californian. Departure 10:00am, returns approxamently 4:30pm Please allow time for parking, check-in and boarding. The boat will not wait for late arrivals under any circumstances. You can check in anytime after 9:00 a.m.
WILL CALL ONLY: We do not mail tickets. Print and bring your email confirmation and present it at the INFO BOOTH.
WHAT TO BRING If you are prone to sea-sickness please take medication prior to departure. It is a good idea to bring a hat, jacket or sweater, sunscreen, and ear protection. Breakfast and lunch included.
SECURITY All bags brought on board are subject to search. You will not be allowed to bring weapons, alcoholic beverages, chairs or strollers on board.
Schedule is subject to change. Sail may be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, safety concerns or for any reason determined by Maritime Museum of San Diego staff to be sufficient cause to cancel or postpone the cruise. Postponement or cancellations may occur anytime right up to departure.
