ChicagoChemically Imbalanced Comedy is proud to present Judy is Disguise with Glasses written and performed by Angie McMahon. The show was originally written and presented at Frankie Js on Broadway in July 2002. The Character Judy McClure has been performed as part of CICs Christmas shows for several years but in 2007 McMahon brought back some of her written material to be part of CICs Comedy Festival Snubfest. She was scouted by the NY Underground Comedy Festival to present the full show. She met with her new director Corri Feuerstein (Artistic Director for Will Act for Food) and revamped the script in preparation for the NY Underground Comedy Festival. She now brings the show back the revampd show to CIC for a limited engagement.
Judy McClure is a Self Help Author who is lecturing at the Young Authors with Low Self Esteem Conference. Her lectures are illustrated through flashbacks in her life to when she herself had low self esteem and rose above it to become the New York Times Best Selling Self Help Author.
