CALLING ALL CHEESE LOVERS!
New Haven's newest (only?) Bistro and Creperie, Yolandes, invites you to a cheese tasting with Robin Williams of Fromage Fete. Come out and enjoy your favorite french cheese. With 3 flights of cheese, your favorite cheese may be there! As we taste each flight we will discuss texture, taste and other profiles including wine pairings, which will be available for purchase at the bar.
Robin honed his "Cheese Skills" at one of the nations finest restaurants, has headed up cheese deptartments from New Jersey retaurants, to markets in Brooklyn, N.Y. and even here in New Haven where he has offered cheese classes.
