Tune to the sights, sounds, textures, and smells of the forest as Kimberly Bowen guides you through a walking meditation in Seward Park. Most of your time will be in silence with opportunities to share at the opening and close.
The theme of this walk is Abundance: resonate with the abundance that nature offers us in summertime, including the birds and wildlife, berries and trees, air and water. Feel how abundant your own life is with love and light.
3 miles of forest trail walking.
