central kitchen wine dinner: California vs. France
Guests will enjoy a five-course dinner highlighting central kitchen's seasonal California cuisine. Each course will be paired with two wines, one from California, and one from France. These pairings will not only complement the food, but complement each other as well. Throughout the meal, a member from our wine team will present the pairings, educating guests on the differences between the regions and producers. Our culinary team will also present each course, giving background on the dishes. Guests will receive informational tech sheets on all of the wines tasted during the meal, as well as the opportunity to purchase bottles to bring home!
