At coFood Vancouver we know that food is the best medicine, and many medicines are the so-called weeds growing underneath our feet.
We invite join us for a long table dinner in the coFood Collaborative Garden, where Aboriginal herbalist Lori Snyder (Earth and Company) will lead us through an urban plant discovery workshop. Together we will learn to identify, respect, harvest and use wild plants for food and medicine.
We will share a meal with salad from our garden, and a menu of fresh seasonal dishes from Potluck Catering.
beyond the business card In the spirit of getting to know one another, we'll go beyond the business card by sharing everyone's contact information after the event. We hope this will allow more freedom for people to explore genuine connections in the time we have together at coFood events, and beyond.
collaboration + food coFood is a community of food projects and inspiring changemakers. We host monthly dinners and community actions that address important questions about building resilient local food systems.
