2012 - JUNIOR - Boot Camp - Intermediate/Advanced
Anne Frankenstein and co. will cover advanced jamming and blocking skills, scrimmage scenarios, and gameplay strategies in this full day of derby for Gotham Juniors! This class is for girls who have mastered basic skills and are comfortable with contact and blocking. You must have your own skates, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, helmet, and mouthguard. Basic skating and derby skills are required (basic skating form including crossovers, safe falls, starts, stops, comfortability with light contact).
This is a one day event on Sunday, November 18 from 10am-3pm.
(Lunch break 12-1pm. Bring your own lunch and snacks for today!)
Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel this class with one week of notice in the case of insufficient interest. In the event of cancellation, skaters will be issued a refund.
