TRISIS is a trio of musical sisters who, as youngsters, were inspired by their grandmother's collection of old Hit Parade records. Initially focused on sibling groups like the Boswell Sisters, they started out specializing in vintage vocal harmonies popular from the 1920s to the 1950s. Since 2011 when they began performing live, their style has grown and now focuses on contemporary popular music performed with vintage-style sensibilities.

Performing a mix of original compositions and contemporary covers, as well as an occasional vintage original, Jessica (age 21) sings and plays cajon/percussion, Jacqueline (age 17) sings and plays keyboards/guitar, and Jasmine (age 14) sings and plays bass guitar. They are accompanied by their father, David, on guitar and cello.

TRISIS has enchanted audiences north-to-south across the state at venues ranging from Big Top Chautauqua in Bayfield to the Capitol Theater in Madison. Along the way, they have garnered recognition from a diverse group of top-tier entertainers:

"I asked these girls, TRISIS, to sing and they are absolutely terrific ... they do older stuff like the Lennon Sisters and the McGuire Sisters ... these kids are good, they're really good!"
         - Neal McCoy (international country music star and multiplatinum recording artist)

"TRISIS is a musical act, a father and three daughters ... it's a lovely, lovely act and it's a pleasure to have them here ... we know you are in for a treat in so many ways."
         - Michael Perry (NYT best selling author and host of Tent Show Radio)

TRISIS has released two CDs, A Traditional Christmas (primarily older Christmas carols) and Studio C (primarily romantic songs from the 1920s and 30s). Jessica, Jacqueline and Jasmine all attend virtual (online) schooling which allows them the flexibility to meet the demands of practice, performance, touring and recording. Their mother, Khristine, keeps the entire enterprise moving forward guiding both home life and musical endeavors.
