Pop Up 2.0
This is the second installment of Youngstown's only underground Supper Club popping up in familiar and surprise locations around the Mahoning Valley designed, organized and prepared by Adam Lee and Rasul Welch featuring all local seasonal produce and pasture raised meats from our favorite local farmers and producers. Also, a glass wine pairing will be available for an additional $15.
Charcuterie and Pickles
Chicken pate, smoked mousse, squash terrine,
pickled haricot vert, and chickpea crackers
Curried Winter Wquash Latke
Pan fried squash pancakes with apple chutney
and crème fraîche
Warm Greens Roulade
Cooked individually and rolled to blend textures and flavors
accented with mildly pickled red onion
Kaju Makhani Chicken
Traditional Indian chicken braised with cashews
served in roasted carnival squash tagines
Cranberry and Apple Upside Down Cake
Dried and fresh fruits braised in spices and wine
with rum and saffron crème anglaise
