2017 HOWL presented by Bad Girls
The Bad Girls are hosting our annual womens weekend event! All self-identified women 18 and older (plus people who identify as butch, femme, boi, agendered, genderqueer and two-spirit) are invited to join us in the wild. Tickets will be available for advance purchase (no sales on site) through Brown Paper Tickets.
Members of Bad Girls and sister leather organizations are eligible for discounts.
The Setting : Rustic and Rugged
We will be camping on private land with access to a secluded spring-fed lake, a cozy fire pit, and a star-lit dungeon. Members have offered crosses, massage tables, and a spanking bench among other furniture to be placed under our canopy. Safe sex supplies will be available as well.
Water on site comes from a pump; please bring your own containers to fill. We will be using porta-janes and hand sanitizer to stay clean, running a generator for limited power and lighting, and hauling out our own rubbish. We appreciate the opportunity to camp on this land, and intend to leave the space even cleaner than we find it.
Access to this private space begins at 3:00 pm on Friday and we will be leaving by 3:00 pm on Sunday.
There is a 1/4 mile trail from the parking lot down to the campsites near the water; this is walkable for many people, but we will also be using the landowners all-terrain-vehicles to move people and their gear up and down as needed. Depending on when you arrive Friday there may be a slight wait for this service. If you have mobility issues and would like a campsite close to the porta-janes, please let us know and we will do our best to save one for you.
Coffee, tea, water and trail mix will be available at all times, for all attendees.
Dinner Friday will be an informal potluck among those who have arrived. Please bring a dish to share!
Catered meals will include gluten-free and vegetarian options.
Ticket Prices prior to June 15, 2017 include a $10 discount and free tank top. If you select the wrong price for your member level, you will be contacted and the remaining balance will be due prior to the event. Please email treasurer@pdxbadgirls.net for discount code for premium and basic members. Be sure to include the name of the group you belong to and your full name.

Ticket prices include all amenities on site plus five catered meals:
General public/non-member: $110 (before June 15)/ $120 (after June 15)
Bad Girl regular members and sister groups: $90 (before June 15)/ $100 (after June 15)
Bad Girl premium members: $80 (before June 15)/ $90 (after June 15)
Ticket prices not including catered meals:
General admission: $60 (before June 15), $70 (after June 15)
Bad Girl regular members and sister groups: $50 (before June 15)/ $60 (after June 15)
Bad Girl premium members: $40 (before June 15)/ $50 (after June 15)
We also offer a $40 ticket for Saturday only plus coffee, tea, water, trail mix and all non-food amenities.
No Refunds. You can transfer your ticket to another qualified attendee, pay the difference in ticket price.
Skill Sharing and Play
Like a kinky un-conference, we will have a skill sharing meetup board in which people interested in teaching one of their skills (or discussing one of their passions) can post topics or information on kinds of play they are looking for or its up to us!
We ask all attendees to practice risk aware consensual kink, for the safety of themselves and others. If you intend to use the shared dungeon, please do not use alcohol or drugs. Depending on the weather, fire play may be restricted to the fire pit area only. Safe sex supplies will be available in the dungeon.
A Few More Details
This space has only what we bring to it. A recommended packing list might include flashlights or lanterns, sunscreen, water storage containers, trash bags, and all other preparations for rain or shine survival. You may bathe/swim in the lake or hang a bag of water for a quick shower. (The owner says there are few mosquitoes because the lake water is constantly in motion, but if youre allergic, add bug spray to your list.)
Having emphasized roughing it: the property is only 20 minutes from I-205, so ticket holders may if they prefer sleep elsewhere and drive in and out in order to participate in what could be regarded as a 45 hour play party. Motorized vehicles (other than the two ATVs provided by the landowner) must remain in the upper parking lot.
