In this decadent, delicious and FUN class, Chef AJ, the former Executive Vegan Pastry Chef at Sante Restaurant will show you how to make amazing desserts without refined sugar, oil, salt or flour. All of the recipes are gluten free and sweetened only with dates. You will learn how to make a dozen recipes and your taste buds will be excited to taste Chocolate FUNdue, Peanut Butter Fudge Truffles, Outrageous Brownies, Raw Orange Chocolate Mousse Torte with Raspberry Coulis, Caramel Apples, PB & J Bites, Outrageous Brownies Decadent Chocolate Mousse and a raw fruit cobbler with a Streusel topping and pear whipped cream.

Chef AJ, the author of the popular book UNPROCESSED, has followed a plant based diet for over 35 years. The former Executive Vegan Pastry Chef of Sante Restaurant, she teaches people how to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet in ways that are easy, delicious and fun. All of her delicious recipes are not only gluten free, but also free of refined sugar, oil and salt. Chef AJ is the creator and co-producer of Healthy Taste of LA and is is proud to say that her IQ is higher than her cholesterol.
