The Blue Bottle Craft of Coffee Book Event
Unlike spacewalking, shark diving and kindergarten teaching, brewing a delicious cup of coffee does not require robust stores of preternatural courage. What it does call for is thankfully simpler: carefully chosen beans, clean water, the right equipment, and a little know-how.
Join Blue Bottle Coffee's James and Caitlin Freeman for a reception and signing of their new book, The Blue Bottle Craft of Coffee: Growing, Roasting, and Drinking, With Recipes. Published by Ten Speed Press, the book is a vivid, delightful introduction to crafting exceptional coffee and pastries at home.
The event is free and will feature samples from the Blue Bottle kitchen. Arrive at 5:30 for a pour-over demonstration conducted by James, and stay for a signed copy of the book and an espresso martini inspired by our friends at Nopa.
