The Goat Farm Presents: The Collective Project Inc.'s "The Theory of Everything: Solve for X"
THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING: SOLVE FOR "X" is the final show in the Collective Project's first theatrical season, following the critically-acclaimed world premiere productions of The Red Herring and The Devil Tree.
Originally premiered at 7 Stages in 2010, the newest incarnation of our infamous theatrical experiment features all-new shorts ranging across the theatrical gamut. From comedic entanglements of the heart and mind to defining gender roles in the old west, The Theory of Everything has something for everyone. Witness our ensemble of scientifically trained* performers scramble around to perform a show that's so volatile, it's completely different every night. Each evening's show is crafted by collecting an audience vote that begins fifteen minutes prior to show time. It's your votes that determine what plays are performed and which ones stay shelved.
Theatrical shorts from pistols drawn over Old West gender roles, a boy sued by his own mother over confectionery thievery, robots a little too sexy for their own good, and more. We've built the equation, now help us plug in the variables as we solve for X in The Theory of Everything, coming your way December 2012.
*Actors are not actually scientifically trained.
