Little Red and the Wolf
Welcome to Fayble. Just three days north of the Blue Salt Sea and in the heart of The Forgotten Forest, it's got everything you could want from a fairytale village, except for one big, bad problem Wolves! Little Red and the Wolf follows the story of Red, a young girl from Fayble who just doesn't fit in. But when Red has to visit her Granny in the woods she meets Lyca, a fourlegged friend who changes everything. Can one unlikely friendship finally bring wolves and humans together? Or are the pair walking right into the Big Bad Wolf's trap?

Scott Gilmour and Claire McKenzie's adventurous new family musical takes a fresh look at a timeless fairytale classic and looks at the true power of friendship and what it's like to be different. Both graduates of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Scott Gilmour and Claire McKenzie began collaborating together in 2012 with a view to develop original and innovative musical theatre; they now run award-winning music theatre company Noisemaker.

The pair were chosen as one of the New Voices 2016  an award for emerging writers from across the globe selected by New Musicals Inc. and Walt Disney Imagineering Creative Entertainment. They had a selection of their work shown at a series of concerts in Los Angeles during April and May this year.

Scott said: "With Little Red, we set out to make an original, exciting piece of theatre for children and young people that was full of music, song and heart.  I'm delighted that Little Red has been acknowledged, not just as a quality piece of children's theatre in Scotland, but as one of the best in the UK this year.

Infinity Rep Theatre has a history of bringing quality new musicals from Scotland to the United States.  In 2013, They premiered Andrew McGregors Towards The Moon at 59E59 Theatres to sold out audiences and rave Reviews.  In 2015, Infinity Rep produced Scott Gilmours and Claire McKenzies The Girl Who to sold out audiences in Westchester.
