6:30 - 7:45 pm Inner Sound Yoga Bath with Nicole Bratt & Amber West Join Nicole Bratt & Amber West as they as they draw the Art of Being event to a close with an offering of gratitude, healing, and deep relaxation: a 75-min restorative yoga sound bath. This Restorative yoga practice integrated with an immersive crystal bowl sound bath will explore the energetic union of breath, body, mind, and sound during long-held, passive asana. Restorative yoga intentionally calms your nervous system, allowing you to wholly relax and to simply be. Among its benefits are improved sleep, digestion, and blood pressure, as well as lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. The sound bath creates strong, resonant vibrations that further facilitate rest, healing, and transformation on an even deeper energetic level by allowing the body and mind to release stuck patterns and blocks. The cumulative experience enhances and harmonizes your overall wellbeing. Space is limited. Click here to register.
Dress in layers, and bring an eye mask/cover. Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
