Legendary Chicago hardcore punk pioneers - The Effigies - return to Rockford, IL, to team up with who The Chicago Reader calls one of Chicago's best bands- The Saps, and Chicago's Blue Collar Punks- Squared Off, all at one of Rockford's most venerable downtown bars- CJ's Lounge.
