Iron Bartender Prix Fixe Dinner
Join us for a prix fixe pre-competition dinner in the bar at the Radio Room. We'll treat you like royalty with a three course meal, drink pairings for each course, and entry to Iron Bartender with reserved seating.
Appetizer
Deep fried butternut squash ravioli: chanterelle mushroom duxelle, New Deal Ginger Liquor savory crème anglaise.
Served with The Rosary: New Deal gin, house-made Limoncello, and fresh rosemary

Vegetable wellington: roasted red pepper Portland 88 Vodka coulis, mixed green salad, light vinaigrette

Chocolate caramel mousse: Bushmills Irish Honey caramel swirled with New Deal Mud Puddle white chocolate
Served with The Stump: Mud Puddle chocolate vodka & New Deal ginger liqueur up w/ candied orange zest.
