Hidden Kitchen with Chef Pablo Zitzmann
Slow Food Miami's Hidden Kitchen Series is a chance to experience an intimate evening with a celebrated chef in a special setting. These events are private, and capacity is kept to 40 guests in order to create a very personal vibe. 100% of proceeds raised benefit the Slow Food Miami Edible Garden Program.
The second dinner of the year will feature Pablo Zitzmann, as he prepares to open his newest restaurant in partnership with the Uvaggio team, "No Name Chinese," a farm to table dim sum concept in South Miami. Be the first guests to dine in the new restaurant, prior to its official opening.
