#555Dinner benefitting Create a Change Now
You are invited to our 3rd annual 555, Las Vegas original food concept to soil to healthy meal dinner happening Sunday May 7th at VegeNation benefitting Las Vegas non-profit Create a Change Now. Our 5Chefs sat down with 5Farms to choose specific crops to create 5Courses designed just for this event.
5Chefs. - Executive Chef Mark Sandoval of UNLV, Chef Rick Moonen of RM Seafood and RX Boiler Room, Executive Chef Hansel Tan of chow, Pastry Chef Vincent Pellerin of Eatt Healthy Food Restaurant, Executive Director of Mixology & Spirits Education for SGWS Francesco Lafranconi and our host Executive Chef Donald Lemperle of VegeNation.
5Farms - This year we are centered at the UNLV Garden. Our farmer for this project, Jennifer Mujica of Living Well Organic has collaborated with our chefs and planted specific crops for each menu course.
5Courses - Each chef has designed one course and our mixologist has crafted original drinks for this years menu that are plant based and all the produce and herbs direct from our UNLV farm.

All proceeds from tonight will go directly to CACN, helping them to continue creating sustainable changes within our community and opportunities for us to come together and make a global impact.
