Winemaker For The Day Experience
Jean Hoefliger, winemaker from Alpha Omega winery made Vino Blends, 100% varietals for us to blend. He uses only the finest of grapes from Napa Valley's Stag's Leap District and Rutherford.
Phil McKenney, a 20 year veteran of the wine industry, and his wife Pam will be our host for the afternoon.
Our wine experts will educate you on what is involved in blending wine, how different grape varietals will change the blend and then work with you to produce your own custom blend.
With graduated cylinders and beakers at each station, guests get to make and test blends, trying different proportions of each varietal to make the wine they like the most.
We will also have have a plethora of appetizers served during the event.
Its a fun, educational afternoon and best of all everyone gets to go home with a bottle of his or her very own wine!
