Please join us for the next installment of the "in Bocca" dinner series by Niche Food Group.
Each dinner will focus on a specific region of Italy, serving traditional fare inspired by the legendary "in Bocca" books.
On Wednesday, March 29th we will feature Lombardy as the second in the series.
Dinners will be held in the mezzanine private dining space shared by Pastaria and Sardella in Clayton. Tickets are limited, and all food will be served family style, so the evening promises to be an intimate exploration of this incredible region.
Tickets are $66 each, which is inclusive of gratuity. In addition to the tasting menu, optional beverage pairings are available for an additional $42, also inclusive of gratuity.

This dinner will center around Lombardy's premiere region of Milano. The cuisine of this region is influenced by what the Po River Valley provides. Dairy, rice, and meat, especially veal, are in abundance in this region.
The diners can expect to find classics such as Risotto all Milanese (saffron risotto) and Cotolette alla Milanese (fried veal chops). Regional ingredients such as Gorgonzola and Bresaola will be featured and there will be plenty of fried snacks for the guests to enjoy!
