| Description |
Join us for Broadway With A Twist II: The Concert, as a team of talented actors and actresses sing and dance their way through a musical revue featuring your favorite Broadway show tunes.
Building on the tremendous success in 2006 of Broadway With A Twist: A Celebration of Love and Lust, Broadway With A Twist II features more glitz, more pizzazz, and more moxie. Here's one show with a range of material that appeals to audiences, young or old, guys or gals, straight or gay or wavy, and anyone in-between. The irresistible music and lyrics that America loves, ranging from sweet to sultry, are filled with love, lust, and plenty of laughs -- with a few twists on traditional gender roles worked in for good measure. If you don't find something to love in this show, check your pulse!
Broadway With A Twist II will transport you to a space where anything you dream of can happen, and where the magic of Broadway's all-time showstoppers speaks to our secret fears, our tender longings, and our all-out joys. For a little while the stage becomes our life, as the performers bring alive the rich tapestry of our emotions.
Broadway with a Twist II features two dozen classic Broadway songs, including Rodgers and Hammerstein's There's Nothin' Like A Dame, and People Will Say Wefre in Love; Stephen Sondheim's You Gotta Get A Gimmick; Cole Porter's Another Opfninf Another Show; Big D and Standing On the Corner from Frank Loesser's The Most Happy Fella; Bosom Buddies and If He Walked Into My Life from Jerry Herman's Mame; The Games I Play from Falsettos; and many more.
The first Broadway With a Twist sold out almost every performance, so catch this one while you can, or miss it now and regret it forever!
