On the Line
Join us for the world premiere of a new musical. 'On the Line' shows a slice of life in the Meridian Hotel, located on the Canadian / American Border during the Prohibition era. The hotel becomes the focus of local intrigue when infamous gangster, Dutch Schultz enters into a business arrangement with the hotel's owner, Conrad Labelle. Replete with smugglers, dancing girls, flappers, criminals, and a live band; passions smolder and tempers flair in this busy saloon. Based on the true story of the Doris Palmer and George MacDonald; a murder is committed and the Provincials have a noose fitted for the killer.
The play contains violence and mature themes. A suggested minimum age of audience members is 12+.
