Do you know what area of nutrition interests you? Is it private practice, bariatrics or community work? Join us in a panel discussion to learn about different careers in nutrition with registered dietitians who specialize in eating disorders, bariatric nutrition, and community.
Each speaker discusses their career and qualifications. Students will be able to ask them questions about their profession, and receive the opportunity to network with speakers and other students.
Lindsay Krasna, MA, EdM, RD, CEDRD, CDN A Certified Eating Disorders Dietitian who provides individual and group nutrition counseling to adults and adolescents, and specializes in the treatment of eating disorders.
Alyson Abrami, MS RD Director of Food and Nutrition Programs at The Childrens Aid Society who oversees all aspects of the GoHealthy! Programs.
Rachel Stahl a Senior Clinical Dietitian at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (NYP)/Weill Cornell Medicine where she specializes in diabetes, cardiovascular health, and digestive diseases.
Lori Rosenthal, MS, RD, CDN, CDE Bariatric RD at Montefiore Medical Center provides individual nutritional counseling, weight management classes and support groups focused on dietary/lifestyle modifications needed to promote successful, sustainable weight loss after bariatric surgery.
On-site registration will be available for an additional $10 per ticket, space permitting. Only cash or check accepted for on-site registration.
