Please join us on April 4th for a special winemaker dinner with Ehren Jordan of Failla. Founded in 1998, Failla produces cool climate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah that showcase Ehrens love of experimentation. He enjoys coaxing out the grapes various incarnations from different climates, soil types, and rootstock. Ehrens viticultural training in France, specifically the Northern Rhône Valley, greatly influences his farming and winemaking choices. We will begin the evening with an informal tasting of his Sonoma Coast Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bottlings, followed by a dinner featuring several different single vineyard wines. Finally, we will end the meal with a Zinfandel from Ehrens new project, Day Wines, which focuses primarily on old-vine Sonoma County Zinfandel. This dinner will be paired with a special menu crafted by Chefs Mark Sullivan and Steven Pelas.
