Thank you for your support of the Safe Harbor Prison Dog Program! We have planned an evening of fun to raise funds for this wonderful cause On Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 6pm-9pm. MUST HAVE PRINTED TICKET FOR ENTRANCE!!! Please have each attendee (if you are buying in quantities) provide contact information on their ticket. Tickets will be collected at entrance and entered in door prize drawings. This is a indoor/outdoor venue and in the event of inclement weather we have scheduled a rain date on Thursday. June 1, 2017 from 6-9pm. Due to space limitations, no parking will be available at the winery with the exception of handicapped persons with proper tag and vendors with a vendor parking pass. Car pooling is encouraged. Attendees must Park at Basehor-Linwood High School (155th & Parallel Pkwy). When parking at the High School, please park in the southernmost area. (The entrance to the High School Parking is off of Parallel). Please do not park in the lot in front of the school as this is not a designated trolley stop. Trolley service will be provided to and from this location starting at 5:30pm and running until 9:15pm. Please use the trolley service and DO NOT WALK from the High School. Please do not drop persons off at winery, all ticket holders must take trolley service. Drop offs should be at the High School and take the trolley service from high school to the winery. The trolley service is provided for your safety. Please remember to always designate a driver and plan for an evening of fun. We look forward to having you and thank you again for your support. Question: How many tickets are we allowed to buy at once?
Answer: Due to space limitations we sell a limited number of tickets. Tickets are sold on a first come basis, and to be fair to everyone, tickets will be available beginning Thursday, April 20th at 10 am. Each online ticket purchaser will be limited to 8 tickets. Please plan ahead and have your ticket buyer ready, especially if you have a large group to purchase for. Tickets must be purchased ONLINE only, or in person (WE WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR ONLINE TICKET). Please note that if we help you in person at the winery; we are going online to make the purchase, just like all other buyers. We do not have a backdoor or early access to tickets. The tickets site is on the west coast and it will appear as if tickets went on sale as early as 8 a.m. When tickets go live at 10 a.m. it is 8 a.m. at the host site. Thanks for understanding.
