Roe goes On the Road to Bend, OR

Roe, the highly acclaimed prix fixe seafood restaurant, takes to the road for a multi-city tour of the west coast.

Chefs Trent Pierce and Patrick Shultz, along with sommelier Salvador Perdomo provide a multi-course, all seafood tasting menu with the option of wine pairings. Diners will get to experience the quality and creativity that has made Roe one of the best restaurants in the country.

Roe is a fine dining seafood restaurant focused on obtaining the best quality seafood prepared respectfully and creatively in a relaxed, service minded atmosphere.

Because all courses on the menu will be seafood focused, we are limited in the dietary restrictions & food allergies we are able to accommodate. Please submit requests for special accommodations by March 19th.

Allergy information and accommodations:

Shellfish: We cannot accommodate allergies to more than one kind of shellfish.

Dairy: We try to limit the amount of dairy we use. We do finish sauces and poach some fish in butter.

Citrus: We use citrus extensively on the menu. We will not be able to accommodate an allergy to citrus.

Celiac/wheat: We go to great strides to not use wheat in our cooking, however we cannot guarantee against cross contamination. We can accommodate based on a wheat free menu but we consider this 'at your own risk' if you have a severe intolerance.
