EISMA house concert featuring Ronnie Malley and Turath Ensemble
Turath ("tradition" or "heritage" in Arabic) Ensemble is a musical collective that performs folk music of Palestine, Syria, and Lebanon. In a beautiful home in Evanston, audiences are invited to get up close and personal
The Turath Ensemble is comprised of talented Chicago musicians Ronnie Malley (oud, voice); Hamze Allaham (shibaba, voice, and poet);
George Lawler (percussion); Ahmed Hamad (dabke)

All proceeds benefit EISMA. EISMA provides the same concerts to all D65students, equalizing opportunity for music enrichment throughout all schools. To do this, we need to raise a percentage of the fees.
