About the Instructor:
Melissa Carroll is a writer and yoga teacher: she is the author of two poetry chapbooks, The Karma Machine, which received the Peter Meinke Prize from YellowJacket Press, and The Pretty Machine, forthcoming from ELJ Press. Melissa is also the editor of Going OM: Real-Life Stories on and off the Yoga Mat, which was nominated for Book of the Year by Foreword Reviews.
