The School of Joy for Slow Learners
THE SCHOOL OF JOY FOR SLOW LEARNERS is the playful name for a purposeful experience designed to bring you more joy, peace, and freedom.

Structured like a school day, 6 subjects are covered in this 5-hour class. Lunch and a Field Trip to the Historic Marietta Square are included. Additionally, each student will receive an Official School of Joy for Slow Learners Guidebook (featuring practical tips and quotes that will inspire and energize) and a snazzy metallic tote bag.

Based on the premise that our natural state should be one of joy, the class examines every aspect of the topic--and then shows you how to apply the findings and enrich your life for the long run.

SCHOOL SUBJECTS & ACTIVITIES

-GEOGRAPHY
The Geography of Joy: where to find it and how to get there using Lauretta's Three Essential Keys.

-PSYCHOLOGY
How to identify and conquer the mental traps that hold you back. And how to build up the psychological strategies that form the foundation for authentic joy and progress.

-SCIENCE
The Science of Joy: learn about the latest research on happiness (yes, it's a real field) and how to immediately implement its hopeful findings.

-LUNCH & FIELD TRIP
Using what we've learned up to this point, we will conduct a fun Field Observation Experiment on the Historic Marietta Square.

-HEALTH & WELLNESS
How to practice self-care that meets your physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental needs.

-COMBAT TRAINING
How to slay our buzz killers: the situations, people, and our own habits that steal our joy. This joy thing is war, and the enemy must be dealt with.

-SPIRITUALITY
Joy is divine in nature. We'll explore the spiritual elements involved in our journey to become what we were always meant to be: JOYFUL.

Advance registration is required.
