ERUPTIONS is a exotic dance course for women created by Rashida KhanBey. This course was created to help women fall in love with their bodies, feel attractive and desirable in their skin and de-stress from the rip and run of long and busy work weeks. The course combines a powerful blend of yoga, jazz and modern to create a sensual dance experience for women to reconnect to them to their body , learn the art of storytelling with the body, improve musicality (finding rhythm) and increase confidence through guide group and solo improvisation.
When you leave the ERUPTIONS course, you will emerge back into your world happier,stronger and more vibrant!
When you take care of yourself first, you are better able to care for the people and work in your life that you love.
Participants Need:
-Comfortable Clothes
-Pair of Heels
-Yoga Mat
-Towel
-Water

4 Week Session $100 (plus service fee)
All students must pre-register
This course is for women only. Must be 21+. All classes are a safe zone for lbtqi identified women. Open to all movement abilities. No prior training necessary. If you have any major injuries please contact us ahead of time

There is no nudity allowed in the class
You do not need any prior experience
There is complete privacy from public eye to ensure your comfort
