In honor of the Fellows Founder's Day lecture on Wednesday, February 22, we are offering a three-course prix-fixe meal by Executive Chef Marc Powers. Join us in 1919 to celebrate!

Starter Waldorf Salad
Entrée (choice of) Chicken Fricassee with Carrots Vichy sautéed GoneStraw Farms chicken braised in natural reduction with roasted heirloom carrots and fingerling potatoes
Zucchini Florentine (can be made vegan upon request) Highland Hills Farm zucchini with fingerling potatoes in Bloomsdale spinach crème
Dessert Ice Box Cake with house-made lemon curd and ladyfingers
