Mind Over Mirrors: 2 night pass

ISSUE Project Room presents two nights of new performance with musician and visual artist Jaime Fennelly. Best know as a founding member of the late Peeesseye with Chris Forsyth & Fritz Welch, Fennelly has been producing work under the moniker Mind Over Mirrors since relocating to a remote island of the coast of Washington in 2007. Utilizing an Indian pedal harmonium, oscillators, tape delays, and an assortment of synthesizing processors, Fennelly bends slowly-building, repetitive melodies into massive sonic mountains.
A constant collaborator and innovator, he returns to New York to premiere a new work with internationally celebrated choreographer/performance artist Miguel Gutierrez. The following evening, Fennelly is joined by the longstanding Chicago band Zelienople to present his soundtrack for Donald Prokop's film "Gone".
