Politics & Prose and Buck's Fishing & Camping Present an Evening with JOAN NATHAN
Join Bucks Fishing & Camping, Politics & Prose and a diverse roster of DC chefs and restaurateurs at a dinner celebrating the release of Joan Nathans newest cookbook, King Solomons Table. Driven by a passion for discovery, King Solomon is said to have sent ships to all corners of the ancient world, initiating a mass cross-pollination of culinary cultures that continues to bear fruit today. With King Solomon's appetites and explorations in mind, celebrated author Joan Nathan has gathered more than 170 recipes that span hundreds of years and countries. Well-known local chefs will join together to present a multi-course Sabbath dinner inspired by Joans recipes, and shell be there to join inand tell us more about the history and stories behind the food on our plates.
