| Description |
 This year's theme, Youth Creating Change, is a response to the young people in California who are, have been, or are at risk of becoming systemically disconnected, but have instead become agents of change in their own lives, schools and communities. The goal of this year's conference is to empower youth and youth allies with strategies and methods to further create change!
