Chains Be Broken

Chains Be Broken: Understanding the Effects of Pornography and Working Towards a Solution. This one day conference is intended to educate and equip attendees on the rising porn epidemic. Maybe you are struggling yourself, or love someone who is; perhaps you are working as a minister, therapist, or social worker, and desire to help your clients. You might simply be a concerned citizen. Whatever the reason (and no one's going to ask!), this event is for you. It's time to start understanding this pervasive problem and begin to turn the tide in our communities.

The keynote speakers are William Struthers and Jessica Harris. Musician Audrey Assad will share a personal testimony and then offer the evening concert.

William Struthers is Professor of Psychology at Wheaton College and author of Wired for Intimacy: How Pornography Hijacks the Male Brain. Jessica Harris is a Blogger and the Author of Beggar's Daughter: From the Rags of Pornography to the Riches of Grace. Audrey Assad is the daughter of a Syrian refugee, an author, speaker, producer, and critically lauded songwriter and musician.

The conference will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with lunch and refreshments included. After a dinner break from 5-7 p.m., there will be an evening concert. Tickets are available for the conference only, concert only, or as a discounted package.
