Spring Into Health Program
Do you want to eliminate sugar, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, alcohol, junk food and other addictive substances from your diet? Do you want to feel more energetic, focused and alive? Do you want to lose weight, stabilize your blood sugar, improve the appearance of your skin, hair and nails?
If so, you should consider the Sping Into Health Program!! You will commit to 20 days(5 days in a row, then 2 day off) of eating whole, organic fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, herbal teas and hydrating beverages. You will be given a choice of preparing your own foods or for an additional fee, having all of your food/beverages prepared and merely picking them up.
The price of the program will include an initial one hour individual consultation to discuss your specific goals and food preferences. It also includes 3 group meetings of 1 - 1 1/2 hours. The first meeting will include detailed information about exactly what you will be eating. You will meet the other people in your support group. We will discuss our Yahoo group forum and how to access it. The second meeting will discuss the progress everyone is making with the program. We will discuss any nutrition topics that need to be addressed or that people are curious about. The third meeting will be a celebration of our individual and group success.
