Level 1 Knife Skills Class
In this introductory knife skills class, you'll learn knife skills from Chef Rolando Robledo, Executive Chef, Clover Food Lab (The French Laundry, Emeril's, Johnson and Wales) alongside the Clover crew.

This class includes knife safety, basic cuts and a timed knife skills test.

If you pass the test, you'll receive a special knife and can advance to the next level.

The class is FREE for all Clover employees, and $45 for the public (includes knife).
