Brighton LGBTQ+ History Club No.5
Join us for the fifth edition of Brighton's LGBTQ+ history club.
This session will feature a screening of Now you see me - a film about a group of older lesbians, a collaborative project of one older lesbian researcher/writer and one queer, curious young film-maker. Following the screening we will have a Q&A with director Esme Waldron and with some of the film participants.
In the second part of the session the young people from "Into the Outside: Building a Contemporary Queer Youth Archive" photoworks project will present their work.
Join us for a sunday of history, speakers, activities, and to meet fellow budding and experienced historians and importantly, eat cake!
The event will have BSL interpretation.
The history club is totally FREE.
