Laughter Yoga Open Day
Want to bring more laughter, energy and positivity to our life? There is a way to do this and it doesn't involve taking tablets! Laughter is like an elixir to life and it is something deep within us all. We just need to let it out and express it. Want to find out more ....?
This will be an Open Day about Laughter Yoga for Laughter Yoga Teachers, Leaders and Therapists together with people from voluntary organisations, community groups and health professionals. Details of speakers to follow.
The morning will consist of speakers from the Laughter Yoga community and Health Professionals.
During the afternoon there will be a full 1-hour Laughter Yoga session followed by opportunities to network and visit the 'Market Place'.
Refreshments will be served or arrival in the morning and at the beginning of the afternoon session. Attendees to make their own arrangements for lunch to help keep the ticket price of this event down.
