Before he went to fight in Lebanon, Adis father made five-year-old Adi promise to be a good, responsible boy. Adi helped his family, friends, military buddies, and wife, and
they all exploited him. His life changes, however, when Adi is misdiagnosed as having terminal cancer and literally runs into his polar opposite, an uninhibited dog walker named Natalia. While an inauspicious beginning for a relationship, Adi sees the world through her eyes and chooses a new direction for his life.
