Cuyahoga County Transition Expo
DISREGARD PAYMENT OPTIONS ABOVE AS THIS IS A FREE EVENT!

2nd Annual Cuyahoga County Transition Expo is planned for March 16, 2013 from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.  Participants will be able to speak with community agencies that provide support services and activities for persons with disabilities, and have the option to attend break-out sessions addressing transition topics throughout the day.  

Topics covered in break-out sessions will include, but are not limited to, Guardianship, Accessing Adult Services, Sexuality & Relationships and Residential Options.

We anticipate having 75 agencies and organizations participate by providing informational handouts and personal contact to address families' questions.  If you like, bring your smart phones, pads, and pods as some exhibitors can share information electronically.

The Cuyahoga County Transition Expo is being held at Cleveland State University - Student Center located at 2121 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, Ohio.  

PARKING: Although the event is FREE, registration is required in order to access free parking at Lot CG (East 21st & Chester Ave).  Cleveland State Student Center can also be accessed via RTA HealthLine (Euclid Ave.)
