DANCE WORKSHOP wit ANNA KRYSIAK
Anna Krysiak - Her style is a result of their own research capabilities human body. It emphasizes the use of natural impulsesand body weight, the free flow of energy and the use of momentum, suspension in this balancing act between the state of balance, and fall.
Anna Maria Krysiak - dancer, choreographer, teacher graduated the National Ballet School in Poznan.1992-2005 she was a dancer of the Silesian Dance Theatre and performed in choreographies of many artists : Jack umiski, Anna Sokolov Conrad Drzewiecki, Avi Kaiser (Batsheva Dance Company), Melissa Monteros, Mariusz Olszewski, Paul Clayden (DV8), Mark Haim, David Dorfman, Stephan Brinkman (Pina Bausch Theatre ). She took part of Battery Dance Company's project (USA) with life music of Cracow Klezmer Band. As a teacher, she was cooperating with the Ballet School in Bytom, Swarthmore College Salt Lake City University, Mary University and the University of Calgary. She conducted dance workshops at many festivals in Poland, Europe, India, USA and Canada. In 2000 she received the medal Karol Szymanowski's 200- anniversary of Polish ballet for his outstanding contribution to the development of the art of dance, awarded by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. In 2004-2008 she was working with W & M Physical Theatre (Canada). In 2006-2008, she was a choreographer and dancer at the Theatre Junction at the Grand (Calgary / Canada). Since 2009 she has been working as a independent choreographer, dancer and teacher of contemporary dance, co-creating artistic projects in Poland and abroad. Continuously since that time working with theater directors who have enriched her experience and artistic language.
