Terra Madre Local Chef's Dinner
Chef Dave recently joined Basi Italia as the Chef de Cuisine. In addition, he was also selected to be a delegate at this year's Terra Madre in Turin, Italy. He is one of nine central Ohio delegates. Help support our region's Slow Food delegates by joining us for this amazing dinner at Basi Italia, on October 1st.
Dave and Johnny will be joined by 4 other chefs including Bill Glover, owner of Sage and executive chef of Hilton Downtown's Gallerie, Erik Till, chef/owner of Commonwealth and the coming soon, White Rabbit in the Brewery District, chef/owner Kevin Caskey of Skillet, also joining Dave as one of our central Ohio delegates, and Adam Cobb, of Latitude 41.
Each chef has graciously contributed the course in which they will be providing in order to raise as much money possible for Terra Madre. All proceeds will go towards funding our Central Ohio Slow Food Delegates.
Dinner will be paired with local spirits and beverage partners that have also agreed to help support our cause.
Cost of the dinner is $75 per person. There will be a cash bar available after the dinner as well, however, some alcoholic beverages will be provided with dinner.
