Downtown Development Day 2012
Pre-registration is now closed for Downtown Development Day. You may purchase a ticket at the event. Onsite registration will begin at 7:00am, November 7, at AmericasMart Building 2, 230 Spring Street. Tickets may be purchased onsite with cash, check, or credit card. Tickets are $45 for CAP Members, $55 for non-CAP Members, and $20 for the Lunch and Learn tour.
The Tenth Annual Downtown Development Day will inform and educate attendees about the real estate market Downtown and what is planned for the future- all while providing opportunities for networking and business development. This year, attendees will hear from industry experts in expanded break-out sessions, discuss business opportunities during the Development Expo and discover new and exciting changes happening in Downtown Atlanta.
Downtown Development Day is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for 3 hours of real estate continuing education credit through the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. This program may also be available for continuing education hours for LEED Accredited Professionals under the "Non-Approved Presentations" category.
