Fried Chicken Convention x4
Miso Karaage - Japanese Style Fried Chicken, Boneless, Marinated in homemade Miso, breaded in Potato Starch. Light Crisp, Miso flavored, Juicy on the bite. Addicting.
Buttermilk Southern - Boneless, Marinated in buttermilk overnight, breaded in flour seasonings, deep fried in peanut oil. Crispy and Meaty.
Kauai Style Chili Pepper (A spin off the famous Chili pepper chicken on the island of Kauai in Hawaii) - Boneless, Marinated in Salt Water and Chilis, deep fried and served with a spicy ketchup.
Garlic Chicken - Boneless, Deep Fried, glazed with a Garlic ginger soy sauce. Crunchy garlic awesomeness.
House hosted Musubi's (Rice Ball) and Japanese Beer. (Beer goes well with all)
